The rise of social media platforms enables individual consumers to share their views with the world. What story are they telling about you? Dr. Austin’s wildly received fast-paced presentation demystifies the world of online reviews in a fun & casual atmosphere perfect for sharing with your team. Critical gems to be gleaned are most effective when understood and put to use by the whole team ♦ the psychology of internet reviews ♦ how prospective patients feel about these reviews ♦ systems and scripting you can incorporate into your practice to ensure success in getting your patients to post positive reviews and ♦ in detail, how to handle responding to a negative review should one occur.
Other checkpoints covered along Josh’s online journey with you: How to ♦ use online reviews to drive patients to your practice ♦ increase your online presence ♦ make sure patients can find you online ♦ drive more clicks to your website and ♦ which review sites you need to be checking to protect your practice.
Joshua Austin, DDS maintains a full-time restorative dentistry private practice in San Antonio, TX, is an editorial director and columnist for Dental Economics focused on dental products and technology, and lectures around the country to study clubs and dental meetings on these topics and online reputation management / social media.
