Charles Spitz, DDS was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He went to undergrad at The Ohio State University. After dental school he served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969. He is a decorated Vietnam War Veteran and was presented the Bronze Star Medal for his service. After returning home from Vietnam, he attended his residency in pediatric dentistry at Case Western Reserve University.
Upon
graduation from his pediatric residency, Dr. Spitz and his wife, Beth,
moved out West to San Francisco. Dr. Spitz was hired as the director of
the Pediatric Dentistry graduate program at Children’s Hospital Medical
Center in Oakland. He started his own practice in the Mission District
of San Francisco in 1975 and has served Bay Area patients ever since. In
1985, Dr. Spitz opened the current office in San Mateo where he has
practiced for over 40 years.
Tyler Davis DMD, married the love of his life, Kimmie, and moved to the Bay Area in 2012. Kimmie is a native of the Peninsula and grew up five minutes away from Dr. Davis’ current office location. Dr. Davis and his wife have 4 children, Charlotte, TJ, Maysie and Ella which keep them busy all year long. Dr. Davis and his two brothers are all pediatric dentists. It is safe to say dentistry runs in the enamel in his family. His brothers and father practice together in Tucson, AZ.
