Building on the success of last year’s program, this expanded session brings together an even broader group of industry leaders to deliver a deeper, more comprehensive look at the two primary paths to ownership: acquiring an existing practice or starting from scratch.

This highly interactive panel will cover the legal, financial, real estate, and operational realities doctors face when transitioning into ownership. Attendees will gain practical insight into structuring deals, evaluating opportunities, securing financing, and avoiding costly missteps that can impact long-term success.

With additional expert perspectives across lending, real estate, consulting, and transitions, this year’s program goes further—offering more real-world examples, more nuanced strategy, and more actionable guidance. The discussion will be driven by the most common questions from doctors navigating ownership, with dedicated time for live Q&A.
